Can you restore a rental between tenants?
Yes, as long as the unit is empty during the work and we have power and water. Most homes take two to four days.
There's a gray strip across my floor from a re-pipe. Can it be fixed?
Yes. The cement comes out and matching terrazzo goes in, then it's polished in with the rest of the floor. If the re-pipe hasn't been done yet, try to minimize the damage when planing it out.
